The Opatija Riviera

The Opatija Riviera is one of the most attractive tourist destinations on the Adriatic. It is located on the Kvarner Gulf, on the eastern coast of Istria. Thanks to its favourable geographic position and climate, the Opatija Riviera has long been famous as a health resort and tourist destination.

The centre of the Opatija Riviera is Opatija, the town with the longest tradition of tourism in Croatia. Opatija is known for its numerous villas, summer homes, Art Nouveau hotels, gardens, parks and promenades.
