We rent a house in Križišće. It consists of ground floor, first and second floor. Two apartments are for rent, on the first and second floor.

The apartment on the first floor consists of two bedrooms, kitchen with dining room, bathroom. The balcony is accessed from the kitchen and the room.
The bathroom is not fully finished but can be used.

The apartment on the second floor consists of two bedrooms, a kitchen with a living room and exit to the balcony, and a bathroom.

PVC joinery has been installed, but the owner does not live in Croatia, so the openings need to be renovated (look and paint).

The apartment on the second floor is in better condition and can be rented to families with children, workers can also, but it is necessary to look at it and the owner can buy what he needs according to his needs. Wood heating and oil radiator.

On the first floor, 4 beds (each room has two beds).

On the second floor, 3+1 beds (room with 2 beds, bedroom with 1 bed, living room with 1 bed).

For a family (without pets) €400 + utilities + deposit.
